Terms of Service
Last updated August 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mail Pixel, a product operated by Tiny Mammoth. By signing in and using the browser extension, you agree to these terms.
The service
Mail Pixel embeds a tracking pixel in emails you send, and notifies you (via Slack and/or browser push) when the pixel loads. Free and Pro tiers are described on the home page; Pro billing is not yet available and no payment is collected today.
Acceptable use
Use Mail Pixel only for email you have a legitimate reason to send. Do not use it to harass, surveil without consent where consent is legally required, or violate the recipient's applicable privacy law. You are responsible for how you use the open data Mail Pixel gives you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Google account and any API tokens you generate secure. If you believe a token has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
No warranty
Mail Pixel is provided "as is." Open notifications depend on the recipient's email client loading remote images, which is not guaranteed — some opens will not be detected. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself as Mail Pixel evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Termination
You may stop using Mail Pixel at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if you want your data removed, emailing support@tiny-mammoth.com. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use section above.
